It is the policy of FUGRO SURVEY PTE. LTD., to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees and protect others who may be affected by its activities and ensure all working procedures are in accordance with sound environmental principles.

This policy statement defines the commitment of Fugro Survey to:

• prevent all occupational illness, occupational injuries and incidents;
  
  
• prevent pollution to the environment and damage to properties; and
  
  
• comply with applicable HSE legal requirements and other HSE requirements which the Company adopts.
  
  

The Company shall implement the following to ensure the commitments are achieved:

• Empower all employees and others who may be affected directly or indirectly by the working activities have the right and duty to INTERVENE or/and STOP any unsafe acts or/and unsafe conditions when the activities are not in compliance with the HSE Policies and procedures.
  
  
• Provide adequate HSE training and the opportunity for employees to participate in the development and review of HSE policies and objectives.
  
  
• Ensure HSE management system is documented, implemented and maintained.
  
  
• Ensure the HSE policy is communicated to all persons working under the control of the Company and make them aware of their individual HSE responsibility and accountability.
  
  
• Ensure HSE objectives and targets are set annually and reviewed every quarter.
  
  
• Ensure continual improvement to HSE and review HSE policies annually.
  
  
• Ensure the HSE Policy is available to interested parties and the public.
  
  

The Company recognises that the achievement of these aims requires the active participation of all managers, supervisors and employees with the ultimate responsibility for its implementation and maintenance resting with the Managing Director.
